THQ and director/writer Guillermo del Toro are teaming up for Insane, a videogame revealed at the Spike Video Game Awards tonight.
We don't know much too much about the game, as the ambiguous trailer spends most of its time trying to freak us out. Did it work? Who knows. Here's what we do know: it's being developed by Saint's Row developer Volition, and it's coming out in 2013.
