Dead Space and other EA games now free on Xperia Play photo

Sony Ericsson has worked out a deal with Electronic Arts to offer four free Xperia Play games for a limited time, and they're actually ones you've heard of before.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2
Dead Space
Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit
Need for Speed SHIFT

Instructions on how to get these titles can be found here. This "Get in the Game" promotion is good for quite some time: you have until January 15, 2012.

Dead Space on Xperia is AMAZING. Graphics are tight and they gameplay is a little wonky, but overall a great experience. Don't pass this up

I really wish this thing would catch on better because it's about the only thing that'll make me drop my iPhone. I love Dead Space on my iPad and iPhone. The controls aren't bad, but the're not great either. A control pad would've made it awesome.

Thanks for running this story! I love my Xperia Play, but the games are ridiculously priced when compared to the iDevice's. Bought 3 of these on my iPod pre-Xperia Play, so I look forward to comparing how they stack up on Android! Now, if only I had a decent public WiFi here...
