Quantcast

Mixing in a handful of familiar titles such as Franz Ferdinand's "Take Me Out" and Herbie Hancock's "Rockit" (OMG SO GOOD) with the usual slew of insanely happy dance tracks, DDR Universe 2 is back and ready to get you jumping all over the place like you have uncontrollable epilepsy. Aaron Linde was kind enough to remind me of the glory of the "Rockit" video, which I have included above for your viewing pleasure. That song is so freaking good I actually considered buying the game. Then I remembered how horrifically uncoordinated I am and decided it's probably best to just jam solo.

Hit the jump for the full song list.

For my ROCKIT fix I play Amplitude.

Also, Contra medley yay! Not that it matters because I'll likely never play this iteration, but still.

I've never heard any Herbie Hancock songs before. I have heard him in a duet with GangStarr, one of my favorite old school rap groups. The song was good though. I'll keep this one in mind, the wife loves these games.

Fuck, stupid work computers and their lack of audio. Of course, today I forget my headphones in my haste to leave the house. Fuck.

lol, Herbie Hancock.

I like his jazz/bobop a lot more than his fusion stuff, but it's all pretty sweet.

I want more Japanese stuff, but that's a pretty damn solid US list.

Seriously, Konami should stop making this US top list crap. I miss the old days when everything was Jpop.
