I Love DCUO. Its a brilliant game, and a lot of fun to play, but the game breaking bugs are just too much to bear. Last time I played about a month ago, in about a 5 hour session, I had to hard reset my PS3 literally 7 times. If this was fixed, id renew my subscription for a year in advance.
There's a lot of different lanterns, the Green Lantern, Red Lantern, Sinestro Corps, Agent Orange, Star Sapphires, Indigo Tribe, Blue Lantern, White Lantern and Black Lantern corps.
I wasn't too thrilled with the Beta, so I'll keep my money from this one.

I've been playing the game steady since the beginning, about to max out my 6th character but really the end game stuff is where its at so this should he a welcome addition.
Also to anyone who tried it early on I can vouch that they have fixed the bugs, added features and streamlined the UI. It is a much more complete game than it was at launch.
Glad to see this is going to be free since there is a subscription to play anyway, I though I had heard that this was premium DLC a while back and I remember bristling at the thought.

I liked DCU Online when ti was first released, but got bored of it quickly. Hopefully with all the new content I might give the game a shot again once my oppsession with Rift is over.

This game has previous DLC, and plans for future DLC - that is what I'm obviously referring to. Subscription based MMOs give you "content", because of your fee - they don't provide micro-transactions on top of a subscription fee.

Isn't DCUO offering DLC instead of expansions? I've been wanting to play this game for a while so I might just get it soon.

Every bit of playable DLC in DCU Online has been free. The only thing they have charged for his cosmetic stuff.
Unless you're trying to say full expansions is better than DLC which might be the case most of the time but its pretty obvious that free DLC every few months is better than a 30 dollar expansion every year or 2.
