I might go all in for this. I thought Darksiders was average, but I have a good feeling about Darksiders II.

The first Darksiders was so forgettable that I already forgot what game I'm commenting about.

I never played the first game, but I did travel to the future and play the second. Meh.

I am disappoint in those saying Darksiders was forgettable. I didn't play it until 2010(it came out in 2008) but it was one of my favorite games of 2010, this console generation in general. ;D

Also, since they've exhausted the two coolest(arguably) Horsemen of the Apocalypse™, instead of having a Darksiders 3 and 4 with Conquest(Pestilence) and Famine respectively, how about the next game be a 4-player online co-op affair with all 4 Horsemen playable? Since it seems as there would (probably) be no one left to kill, they'd have to make it a spin-off or side-story. Am I the only one who want's this?

Darksiders 1 was an amazing game, the one problem with it was the story. massivly obscure, but over all really dull. None of the characters had any sort of a personality. there was nothing funny or quirky about the script, there was no one to care about.
I love darksiders, but that game is not deserving of any exploration of it's lore.

They should hold a contest for the lore book to see how many skulls are in it. It can be like going to the county fair and guessing the number of jelly beans in the jar.
