Airtight Games' and Capcom's Dark Void is really starting to shape up nicely, if the latest batch of screens are anything to go by. The concept behind the game is intriguing, the flying mechanic looks fun, and the vertical cover system is interesting, at the very least. I guess you could say I'm kind of looking forward to it.
Capcom's also given us a new story trailer from Captivate 09, which is beyond the break. The video is focused on Dark Void's story more than anything else, and it discusses the titular void located in the Bermuda Triangle which acts as a gateway to a dimension full of menacing-looking aliens.
Jordan Devore is Destructoid's PC gaming manager and founding ginger editor. He is said to be easy to love but difficult to know. When Samit inquired about his curious bio photo Jordan simply replied: "bitches love sandcastles" ... yet, there is no sandcastle in that photo. We may never truly understand his ways.

I'm convinced that this game will be awesome because every game I've ever played with a jetpack is awesome. Examples: Star Wars Shadows of the Empire, GTA San Andreas, Jetpack Santa, Megaman 6, etc.
We need MORE jetpack games! I am looking forward to this one.
It sure feels like I'm watching an episode of Stargate or something. But I do love the sci-fi theme Capcom is going for here. I just hope we get plenty of jetpack action in this.
