If DC will make Dante's Inferno into a comic book, I can't wait for Marvel's rendition of Hamlet.

Yes... the license does have so much potential, and it does feel like they are wasting it, which is what I'm sure you meant, wanderingpixel. Kinda summed up what I said. Just thought I'd help you out and fix ya up. Anyway, I hope they manage to pull it off well. Honestly, a video game version of the actual poem would be terrible, not to mention very difficult to accomplish, but they have so much room for creative liberty. From the videos I've seen, it looks like they're exploring the IP in semi-creative directions, but there hasn't been a whole lot of exposure to the perspective. Just kinda vague. But we'll see, won't we?

Did they really needed the license? I mean the game is SO liberal with the source material that they can probably forget the license and get away with it.

Who reads these game comicbooks anyway? The only time I've ever delved into this cash-in merchandise fad was when I watched the Dead Space anime: and boy, was that a waste of time.
Play the games guys, but don't give them money for this marketing shit when there are tons of GOOD comics and animes out there.

What? The japanese made an anime movie of Dead Space? I know there's a cartoon movie called Dead Space: Downfall, didn't know there was another Dead Space animated movie.

Yeah, I'm talking about Downfall. For some reason I've conditioned myself to use the Jap word for animation when discussing OVAs... brainwashed by bad sushi, no doubt.
