Destructoid is gaming news, community, videos, and sometimes love. Take the tour or jump in with Facebook:

I'm thinking that I can reasonably excuse a Daft Punk post every weekend from now on. I'm not a massive fan of the band or anything, but if opportunities pop up two weekends in a row I say that that is a sign. Daft Punk for Dtoid! This week is a whole lot less disappointing than last week as two intrepid LittleBigPlanet players (designers?) have created a bit of a Daft Punk homage in the game.

The video replicates a few of the groups best known videos and of course the women wearing robot helmets thing that went around the net for a while. To tell you the truth, I'm sure there are hundreds of awesome videos like this that deserve to get posted on the front page of awesome gaming sites like Destructoid, but I saw this one and I'm writing so this is how it's going to have to be.

I thought this was going to say that Daft Punk were going to be DLC characters. I was disappointed until watching the video, superb work, especially Robot Rock, though Around the world is my favourite, since that's the song that introduced me to the band.

Word for word my thoughts. I remember being in my best friend's basement and watching a music video of Around the World for the first time.

Dunno , mine stopped at level cap 20 , and in a RPG I like to get experience for my actions (if you don't finish it first by having the stupid ending made only to rip off people on broken steel)

Now if only you could import music from your HardDrive to use in the game.

That would get me to start playing again...if Fuel isn't out by then....Or Cops And Robbers...

How the hell did they make a custom helmet?!

And more importantly, has no one made a DToid helmet like that?

How creative and delightfully flashy. Well, that's more aimed more toward Robot Rock. Everything else was good as well.

@ PhazonYoshi

I'll have to agree that Fallout 3 is "short" in terms of length of the story quests, however, the various side quests add a lot of depth to the game, and can definitely ratchet up the play time. I know I've got a lot more hours in Fallout 3 than a few other games that have been lauded for their length.

This game is adorable in every possible way.

@ Naim Master

I don't know how ridiculously long you want your games to be, but Fallout 3 was not short.

But seriously, I hope Daft Punk get around to releasing a DVD of the Alive 2007 performances at some point. It was an amazing, fucking amazing show. And yeah, the pyrimid and the triagles lighting up, go sackbois.

I think Daft Punk is a little overrated. They're good musician. But people are praising them a little too much. They're kind of music should stick to the dance floor.
