Now that I sit behind of a computer most of my work day, browser based games have become a necessary element to my ultimate goal: putting things off as long as I can. Square Enix has released a trailer for their upcoming RPG style slash-em-up, Crystal Conquest. I can feel my productive time slipping through my fingertips.
The upcoming browser based title looks to incorporate some interesting multiplayer action, complete with Square Enix style spell casting, and lots of big swords. There's still no word on a release date or whether the game can be played on this side of the Pacific. Unfortunately, they didn't show the reported 20 vs 20 action in the trailer. I can only image the crowded blood bath it could be. With all the large monsters and pretty effects, I hope my poor Chrome browser will be up to the task. Budget meetings will never be the same.
