What is this? Crysis 3: First Blood? Bows are awesome and all, but for a super soldier in a game full of badass guns to suit every purpose.. it just makes no sense.
Yo Crytek? I'm real excited for your game brah, but some better optimisation for dual GPU's and Eyefinity as well as some native 3D support for both major GPU manufacturer's would be kinda awesome bro.

I approve. I liked 2 better than 1, but I hope they go back to the larger, more open environments of 1.
I can't say I care really. Crysis turned into basically cod with super suits and the campaign wasn't all that great to boot. Definitely probably going to be taking a pass on this.
@mxdirector What was bad about the energy bar? With a bunch of kick-ass powers, you need some way to balance out gameplay. The only thing I didn't like was that Nano Vision used waaay more energy than it should've.
I own and enjoy crysis 1,warhead and crysis 2 but since EA has more then proved it is willing to sacrifice the quality of any franchise to turn a buck ill be skipping it and every EA product in the future.

Yeah, gotta agree with Zakku Redwolf. Looks fake to me. I see no reason why they would go from super advanced suits and guns to a bow? Not to mention the price point there is wrong. Newly released EA games are always 60 bucks even on PC.
I actually didn't bother to look at the source for this one. Yeah EA NOT selling a game at $60 starting on any platform will be a sign of armageddon.
I am not quite prepared to call it fake yet. Mostly because GAF is usually the first to call fake and they don't seem to be doing it yet. I agree the price tag is iffy, but then, if the preorder listings went up accidentally, that could be an accident too.
As far as we know, Crysis 3 news IS coming soon via Game Reactor, so the game's announcement is genuine. As far as the bow goes, since when has game design made sense? They'd use a bow because it would look cool, regardless of the appearance of guns (could be a stealth weapon, too).
I am gonna keep an eye on this though, and update where necessary.

I loved the second one, single player was awesome but the multiplayer was plagued by cheater (and still is). Unfortunately, if it's only on Origin I will pass or pirate the game.

I hope Crysis 2 is a little more open. While there's nothing wrong with linearity, I really wanted to run around New York in Crysis 2.

Yeah I am with you here. I did not like Crysis 2 and to me it was by design inferior to the first. Too much of what made the first original was stripped away even the multiplayer was made generic.

Of course, I'n naturally excited to hear any Crysis news, what with me having a huge boner for the IP, but I was REALLY hoping the third installment would be on next gen consoles... A Crysis title that would rival (or even stomp on) the original for PC with maxed settings.
I really want to do a review on Crysis 2. It is inferior to the first in almost any aspect, and yet I liked it far better. The story sucks, but I thought the progression was perfect. I promise to make a Blog about it someday! YOU WILL SEE!
Its that a Tech-Bow (sniper capability enabled)...sweet haven't seen one of those since Turok on the N64. All in all, this is good news.
