Wow, it's looks very interesting. Indie Game: The Movie set the bar very high but this looks promising. I was sold as soon as I saw Kojima.
Here's hoping that this is the beginning of a trend of interesting documentaries on video games. There's so many different aspects to explore, from the struggling indie developers in Indie Game: The Movie to the big names here. People should check out Off Book on YouTube, a great series that explores Internet culture with some episodes focussed on video games, such as the 8-bit style.

Sounds pretty good. I'll be interested in watching it. Todd Howard and Peter Molyneux are always fun to listen to, and I'm sure Tim Schafer will be fun too. Although I admit I didn't recognise most of those names...
I love documentaries, and I love gaming, so it's fantastic to see those two passions come together so well. Now, if only we could get more tattoo docs.

While IGTM did what it could regarding the exploration of game design from an indie developer perspective, I think many of us would prefer to know the insights but directly from highly experienced game developers. I mean games spectrum has broaden so much that there is a lot more to it that the task of covering most of its aspects would require not one but several documentaries.
Is great to know there is a documentary about game development with a more 'serious' approach coming out soon. It seems I'll like it a lot haha.
FYI according to Artifact's home page (linked above) it seems that they wish to get user feedback in order to influence future reviews, so we might get a Shigeru Miyamoto interview and others too in the end.
