So I get home tonight after telling the guy at EB for the 100th time that I don't want their
frequent suckers program and ponder the idea of not sleeping to make the web's first complete run-through of the game. Before killing myself I checked YT and there are already some videos, but I found a hell of a whopper instead. Check out the video above -- it only has 9 views right now and is some sort of
God of War cosplay battle in the park they call
larping. Full contact nerd awesomeness is more like it.
Anyway, you've have got to see these people, they count their hits with giant rubber weapons and there's even girls in it getting clobbered with hammers, just like in
Miami's overtown. I wish stuff like this happened in my backyard. I'd totally run around in my underwear and
magic missile these people.
At first I thought it was a fan thing, but it has a link to
BattleofTheGods.tv You're going to flip when you see this! I'm assuming these are funny commercials coming to TV to promote the game. They have this setup where you can mix and match two cosplay people and watch them fight on video. Check out Kratos vs. Chubby Kratos: "I have bubble gum!" I'm so easily amused.

I have seen larping before but usually it's done in a medieval or D&D context by huge nerds who I could never even imagine ever being THAT nerdy. It does look fun though.

Now Legendary Wings is really gay. the mountains have shapes of smiling gay men and if you get hit by a swirl-like objet a big head eats you and you get to be what looks like his rectum including hemorrinds and mouths with the tongue sticking out (you know doin the black kiss)... Dont know about third stage... It would only jeopardize my manliness
