Did you know that the Xbox 360 is gonna be totally awesome next year? Why? Because it's going to have so many good games, your ass is gonna be stuck praying to a Bill Gates altar in 2007. One of the many anticipated titles is Crackdown. I know, you're gonna say, "Oh, but Robert, it's a GTA clone. Wahhhh, I lack originality." Wrong my little one. It's not just another GTA clone. I've always wanted to go to insane heights in a free roaming game, but Just Cause failed. This looks like it doesn't.

It would look awesome, except that I completely hate the physics. Seriously, I hate the physics so much that I'm not even considering getting the game. Wayyyyyyyy too unrealistic (I know they're supposed to be unrealistic but this is just going too far)

Alright. What's the difference between this and whatever GTAIV will be? Freerunning? The future?

Eh. I'm jaded, but I don't see the hook that'll raise this any higher than Saint's Row stake as the next GTA.

I cant really pin point why...but I didn't like the trailer much. I love GTA too so go figure. I will probably come to my senses when its released and everyone else is screaming in ecstasy whilst playing.

But having said that I was disappointed by Gears after really looking forward to it too. I think I might have a problem

HDTV prices are going to drop next year -- I've heard 23" lcds will cost like $400 or something crazy like that. If I were you, I'd get a 360 first.

I'd wait on both. The 360's going to get a price drop too.
Probably before next summer.

Think about it. Two major retailers are offering $100 off purchase basically. One's a rebate, the other's a $100 GC.

23" LCD's are basically at that point already. I want larger TV's that price, or at least the scale of cost to come down some. 23" LCD ~ $500 or so. 32" LCD ~ $1000. HUH?

-_- my 360 = broken again. I don't even touch the damn thing except to put discs in it. I think I'll wait awhile before I drop another 400. hopefully they'll fix the made from rice paper design >_<

This is everything gaming is supposed to be: incredible, off-the-wall action that completely decimates relality in favour of fun.

Ummm Yeah that looked cool, yeah that looked damn cool. Trying to think of something to bitcha about, processing, processing, processing. Nope Zero results found. Only thing I could possibly worry about is because your characters powers are so fantastic I hope your not taking on regular week thugs the whole time, beause they will be no match.
