I would get excited about this, but if they brought PSO back you KNOW they would try to charge monthly fees for that. Even though it was never worth monthly fees. PSO is dead, long live Monster Hunter.
Also, PSN. Unless something changes after E3 with how quickly PSOne games get out on PSN, I have NO reason to trust how quickly Dreamcast games outside of Sega's own would get out on PS3 quickly.
Sony can't even get the job done for PS1 games, so anything third party Dreamcast I'm pretty sure won't happen.

shenmue 2 and jet grind- I can't find my JGR disc and never got to play an english version of shenmue 2- which sucks whenyou are trying to read the street signs
"Garou: Mark of the Wolves" and "Last Blade 2" are my must-haves. I'm sure that they have already been rejected, though.

Even though it was absent from the Dreamcast, how about another Panzer Dragoon? Orta was the reason I bought an original Xbox and it still looks like a 360 launch title to this day, beautiful game.
