Community poll: What membership perks would you support?

Help us look to the future

As our esteemed founder has revealed, online advertising as we know it may dry up in the long run, so in the near future we will be accepting reader donations to keep Destructoid, Japanator, Flixist, and Tomopop exactly as you know them: 100% independent and free. We will not be pay-walling anything you already get for free from us.

Instead of a paywall, we believe readers can help us fund EXTRA content that we couldn't viably create before.

Now, here's where you come in:

We'd love it if you would take a moment and let us know the kinds of things you'd like to see as a paying subscriber -- stuff that doesn't exist yet, but should.

Being entered automatically into contests? Bonus episodes of our podcasts? Sexy new video content? Jim Sterling's voice on your home answering machine, a la Carl Kasell? (OK, maybe not that last one.) Some kind of limited edition swag? Let us know!

Feel free to continue your discussion in the comments thread as well. And thanks! We appreciate all your support <3

*You have our word that we will NOT be taking away content, and that non-paying members will continue to enjoy the same sites that they've come to know and love. Every premium perk would be something new (and exciting!) as a special thank you for helping us out.
