For its day? I would still rather play the c64 version of Pirates! than 70% of the tripe that's released today.
I don't have an iPhone or iPod Touch (Android user here) but my fiancee wants an iPod Touch (we haven't bought it because we are waiting for the new gen of this year)...
Well... I have iTunes installed. And I already created an Apple Account... I just download the Commodore 64 app to my PC... will I have be able to upload the app to the iPod Touch when we buy it, right?
And also... can I use my apps in several devices?

Just got it too, shame SPace Taxi is a paid app aswell.. But Bruce Lee & Hover Bovver bring back sweet memories...
If an App gets pulled, can't you still download it from an unofficial source (e.g. a torrent)? I'm just wondering, since I don't have an iPhone.

Jailbreaking would probably be the easiest way get unofficial apps onto an idevice.
I haven't jailbroken mine since the App Store launched. Jailbreaking was the only way to install games before the App Store.

Can you plug your own roms in? Can't see why I should pay for Wizball again if i've still got the tape in the attic.

You'd have to jailbreak and SSH into the idevice to access the ROMS folder, you should be able to drag and drop from there.

Wizball was the shit... Probably doesn't stand up quite so well today, but still probably going to end up paying for it for nostalgia value only
Thanks for the heads up. I picked this up in case I get a iTouch/iPad in the next year or so. Bugger all can't be beat!
