True retroheads respect the Commodore 64. It's the first system I ever owned, and it kicked ass for its time. While it's obviously been outclassed now (and most of the games were crap), the Commodore 64 iPhone App has been an incredibly popular addition to the iTunes Store. It's about to get even more popular, because now it's free!
Previously available for $4.99, the App can now be downloaded for the wonderful price of bugger-all. This might not be the case forever though, so you're advised to hop on iTunes at the first available opportunity and nab it. I haven't even picked up an iPod Touch yet but I've had to download it, just for when the occasion arrives. I suggest you do as well.
The only downside is that Wizball is a paid title. Still, Wizball is the dog's bollocks, so if you're feeling wealthy, I reckon you can't go wrong with picking it up.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
Well... I have iTunes installed. And I already created an Apple Account... I just download the Commodore 64 app to my PC... will I have be able to upload the app to the iPod Touch when we buy it, right?
And also... can I use my apps in several devices?
Time flies ;)
Jailbreaking would probably be the easiest way get unofficial apps onto an idevice.
I haven't jailbroken mine since the App Store launched. Jailbreaking was the only way to install games before the App Store.
You'd have to jailbreak and SSH into the idevice to access the ROMS folder, you should be able to drag and drop from there.
