Comic Jumper, Hydrophobia, and more dated, priced photo

The latter half of this year has been absolutely stellar for download-only games. On the Xbox LIVE Arcade front, they couldn't even fit everything into one promotion. September will see a bunch of solid releases, and in October, Microsoft is throwing a "Game Feast" bash.

The full line-up will go a little something like this (brace your wallets for impact):

  • September 8: Plants vs. Zombies (1200 Microsoft Points)
  • September 8: Dance! It’s your Stage (800 Microsoft Points)
  • September 15: Sonic Adventure (800 Microsoft Points)

"Game Feast" games:

I love how they're missing a week in September. Anyhow, I'll likely end up getting everything except Sonic Adventure and Dance! It's Your Stage. What about the rest of you?

Coming soon to the Xbox LIVE Marketplace [Major Nelson]

I'll go for Hydrophobia and Super Meat Boy, but pass on the rest. I would get Sonic Adventure, seeing as I am a huge Sonic fanatic (I can't help it), but I already have it for DC, GC, and PC (the 3 _C's). But yeah, sounds like a good fall line up.

SONIC ADVENTURE!

Even though I already own it on Gamecube...and the XBL port will have less features...

I'm still buying it! Same with Plants Vs. Zombies which is crazy overpriced.

PvZ (but I might wait for the Sept. 28 disc version w/peggle&zuma) for sure.

Hydriphobia I'm hoping turns out well. My concern is replayability. Sure it's only $15 but so is PvZ and I KNOW I'll get hours upon hours of enjoyment from it. Also hoping the controls are smooth.

Super Neat Boy is the only other one I'm sorta-kinda interested in. But we'll see.

After all the PSN vs. XBL shenanigans this week, it's things like this that make it pretty clear who the winner is.

@Amtalx

Keep fanboying.

Plants vs Zombies (haven't grabbed it on PC yet), Sonic Adventure (lost my Gamecube copy), maybe Hydrophobia, Comic Jumper (<3 Twisted Pixel) and Super Meat Boy will all get my money at some point. Pinball FX I can leave though, rather wait for Zen Pinball 2.

Never played Sonic Adventure so I'll be grabbing that. Definitely getting Super Meat Boy and hydrophobia. PvZ is tempting with it's new features but I already have it for pc and iDevices, mayhap.... mayhap

Comic Jumper and Deathspank 2, even though it isn't on that list.
Yes, I'm pumped. Oh, and we are getting PvZ, but we are getting the retail disc for Peggle and Zuma. :)

That's a good variety of titles, but i'm sure they'll be seen on the PSN soon though, along with other PSN exclusives

Comic Jumper I'll jump on (no pun intended), and I'll at least take the engine upgrade for Pinball FX but I'll probably wait for the eventual price drop on some of the others (Hydrophobia and PvZ mostly, SMB... maybe)
