BTW, I've got that lvl 7 M. Bison and I lost to a lvl 4 figure.
He was my last battle and it was 2 wins to 2, I thought I had it in the bag, but some guys lvl 4 character ended up beating me! :(

I'm not in the area, but everyone, if you can go to this, you should totally do it. I went to a StreetPass event out in LA over a week ago, and the people were totally cool, I got a ton of puzzle pieces, and it was awesome. Go!
Max told me over youtube about this, and I don't care about the fact that I don't have a 3DS or Street Fighter (although I would love both) but I'm still going. See you guys this weekend, I'll take a ton of pictures/videos to put on youtube.
I'm still a little confused on the whole figurine code thing. I seem to have gotten a few randomly in my notifications and not sure what triggers them. Is this Bison figurine really that limited as in a select number of uses or is it just a hard to win code from gameplay?
