     Call of Duty

Infinity Ward has decided to show favor to its fans, as it shall be selling the Variety Map Pack for Call of Duty 4: Mordern Warfare at half price. As if that wasn't enough incentive to jump back into the terrorist-blasting FPS, this weekend shall also see another Double XP promotion.

Double XP starts tomorrow and ends Sunday on the Xbox 360 only. PlayStation 3 fans need not fear, however, as Infinity Ward shall be repeating this promotion next weekend for the Black Box o' Blu-ray. This has been done because the developers of the game will be getting online to play, and they want to grace both systems equally.

Apparently the Prestige Gamerpic Pack will also be returning after a limited run due to fan demand. I didn't realize people cared that much.

The Variety Map Pack now costs a mere 400 points, which makes it tempting enough for me to finally pick up. Had anybody else been waiting for more incentive to get the maps? Also, how many people can we count on for some Duty Callin' this weekend?

Oie, I try to leave, but they keep pulling me back in.

Actually, I'm quite comfortable at my 9th prestige. It shows I've done some work, yet I'm not in it for the bragging rights.

Actually, I just think the red star icon thingy is cool!

J03yyz, I think we all know that.

I hate it when there are price cuts for things and I don't get my money back. I'ma stop buying map packs, I barely play COD4 anymore.

Is this a limited-time drop in price? If not, I can wait.
