Clock Tower movie promo art looks pretty messed up photo

We've been keeping our eyes open for more details on the Clock Tower movie so you and I can complain about the actor/director/studio/plot/origins -- just like we do for all of the other videogame movies.

Regardless of how you think this whole thing will go down, the promotional art for the movie looks pretty cool. I know that a movie poster or promo art doesn't really say much about a movie, but the care put into the imagery of these (in our gallery above) gives me some hope.

If you haven't been keeping up, Brittany Snow (voice of Naminé in Kingdom Hearts II) is now listed as cast. Milla is out (or was never in), we guess. We'll see how it all goes down in 2009.

pseudo-survival-horror-movie ftw? I really hope it's as nice as the promo posters. If anything, I have nice potential-wallpapers for my computer now.

Unfortunately, the way things go in Hollywood, those posters were probably done by a advertising and design team that had nothing to do with the making of the movie. The movie could be crap and they still can get a good artist to make the poster. Not to crap all over your sliver of hope...

Just judging from these pics, I'm pretty sure this movie is set to take place before the first SFC game.
SPOILER

The twin blades that the man is carrying eventually turn into Bobby Barrows shears, if I remember correctly from the manga that came out.
