Why is 3DS the likeliest, surely PC is, the 3DS has a specific SDK and needs 3d programming. Pc is the easiest by far...

If you've played the original, it's not exactly something you play for more than 15 mins per day unless you really like manipulating the clock to power through it and spam questions at Seaman.
It's whole style is just better suited to a portable or mobile device.

Seaman 3DS, pre-order from amazon and receive the Star Trek DLC costume pack! But all jokes aside, I really want a new seme-SEAMAN game. But why not bring back more more dreamcast classics like Power Stone, no, wait, scratch that. Sonic Adventure 3, make it.
@yougiedeggs - Nimoy reprised his role as Master Xehanort for Kingdom Hearts 3D if that's any small comfort.

@ dunnace - It very rare for Japanese developers to put these kinds of games on PC, though it is possible. 3DS still seems the most likely choice, but PC would be great too!
@ bluecrazy- I'm pretty sure that Christmas Seaman didn't wear the beard and full Christmas garb. I thought he was just wearing a little Christmas hat in that game.
I could be wrong though, as I've never beat it myself. If I get confirmation of that I'll edit my post to reflect that.

This game was/is completely awful.
My friends and I had one fun night rushing the clock forward and trying to train that creepy bastard.
My guess is that everyone here talking about how "great" this game was also has a similar story but doesn't fully remember how damn boring the game is unless it's 4:30 AM and you've got a few hours to kill.

And that's not how I played Seaman. Rushing through it completely defeats the purpose of the game, destroying it's central design concept.

GIMME!!! I really want a sequel to this so bad, or an updated version of the first game on current gen systems. It starts of slow but when you only have to spend 15-30 minutes with it a day, the fun parts are worth it (when he's all grown up and talking).
