I'm SO excited about this! I had more fun playing Virtual Fighter 5 online than I did any other non-Halo game this gen. I think it was one of the first games I got 1000/1000 achievement points on.
Comment-less. The game looks great and I'm looking forward to putting in some work to get on a even standing with actual decent players.
Virtua Fighter is one of the best, most balanced fighters for me. I never really got into Street Fighter, though I do enjoy 2 and Alpha 3. Tekken is a close second.
Hopefully a PC edition comes around, but not expecting it.

I don't understand the "simplified controls" thing. This game already has a very simple control scheme. Just 3 buttons, Guard, Punch, and Kick. What, is that gonna get reduced to Guard and Attack? Or maybe just a single button for attacking and then some kind of auto-guard feature?
GameWorks had two sit-down cabinets (with cushioned seats) set on free-play. What was sad was that my friend and I barely had to wait and could have sat there all day. A really good arcade, by the way. Instead, there were huge 1 to 3-hour lines to play demos of games in the convention center (only bad thing about PAX Prime 1011). VF5FS was getting very little 'love'. When Sega was around (and filming us) the first time I went I foolishly asked the pretty woman some questions. I forgot to ask how the online mode would be improved and if loading would be better (I assume so, if it's a digital download). And I didn't not get to ask why we have to wait another year!!! Time to re-learn VF5; I haven't played it in a long time.

There isnt going to be any change to the buttons per se, but from what I understand, the inputs needed to pull off some moves will be simplified. Its often said that Akira is a great character, but people often shy away from him because the input commands to pull off combos is a bit too hard for some.
