Chaotic: Shadow Warriors hits this fall, looks promising photo

Trading card game Chaotic is going digital in a big way. Unlike Magic: The Gathering, Chaotic: Shadow Warriors will feature rendered monsters, attack animations, and possibly 3D exploration. Below the fold you can watch the first footage of the digital translation in action. It features a few retarded monsters slinging spells at each other, as well as a teenager running around some sort of bland fantasy environment.

Shadow Warriors is being published by Activision and is slated to hit fairly soon. The game will debut this fall for the Wii, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS, and PlayStation 3.

If you’re pumped for it -- and we know you are -- you’ll get a chance to catch Shadow Warriors at San Diego Comic-Con. It will be on display at the Chaotic booth. We’ve also been told the crew at the convention will be giving away Xbox 360s.

"Over 35 mugic spells" ? Did they really spell magic like that? Maybe that's how they use the word in the card game but if not someone made a big big big typo. lol

@Diverse

Where have you been? Its been on a-trak and Betamax for a while already. Its finally coming to video game platforms now though so we can all rejoice and put down our remote controls for a game controller! The excitement of seeing the game in high definition! and without the need of outdated hardware.

@DCDerekUSA
It's a mix between magic and music.

Did you really need to call them retarded monsters? Using the word retarded just dehumanizes people with special needs. I'm not being p.c. here. I'm not trying to take away your right to call them retarded. Just asking if you would consider not using that word as you have so many alternatives that get your message across.
Thanks.

Godamn this looks terrible.

40 monsters and 30 accessories and 35 MAGIC spells? Weak. I'll go play Pokemon to get my "monster card game thing" fix.

It sounds like a paid DLC or a >$19.99 game.

@Brilto Its aimed at chaotic card game players and tv show fans. They call it MUGIC cos it is a mix of magic and music. Fans of chaotic will know what it is.
