Chaos Rings II launches March 15, so watch a trailer

12:30 PM on 03.13.2012

Square Enix has revealed that iOS RPG sequel Chaos Rings II is launching worldwide on March 15. It's also got a launch trailer, which you can stare at above.

I shall certainly be looking forward to this. I really dug the original Chaos Rings when it launched a few years back, and I'm hoping to see them switch stuff up this time. The prequel wasn't quite so good, but it felt like they'd squirted that out while the sequel was in development. Hopefully the sequel is where all the fun went.

So yeah, I want this to be a good thing, if that's not too much trouble.

Final Fantas-free: 14 day Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn trial

Square Enix is offering 14 days of free Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn on PC. As someone who doesn't like MMOs, but likes Final Fantasy, I might just try it out. Fourteen may be the perfect number of days for me to get my fill. Or maybe I'll find myself a convert and end up a paying customer, as Square Enix likely hopes. more
