This fish is playing Pokémon very slowly, and a lot of people are watching

Twitch has a thing for playing Pokémon. Typically, it's a crowdsourced game with tens of thousands of players all helping input controls. Some college kids recently scaled that back and are trying to accomplish the sa...

A guy by the name of Loopy previously came out with video capture boards for 3DS, and now he's back with another cool project: a GameCube controller adapter. Why? Because he can. Here's a demonstration of Super Street Fighte...

Ash Ketchum calls into a Christian talk show with his Team Rocket woes

According to Bulbapedia, there are 95 flying-type Pokémon, but the likes of Articuno and Zapdos don't stand a chance of flying as far over these ladies' heads as the joke did.

EVO's best moments are often found off-screen

As someone who watches EVO but hasn't yet and will likely never attend the fighting game tournament in person, I adore Richard Li's videos -- they truly bring out the human element of the competition. It occasionally comes t...

Modified 3DS hardware created for Twitch Plays Pokémon X

It was slightly surprising to hear that the Twitch Plays Pokémon community is still active if for no other reason than I thought folks would have beaten all of the games by now. Not quite! There's still Pokémon ...

Is Gabe Newell watching you?

Is he? IS HE? This link's a bit old, but it's never too late for a jaunty tune that asks the important questions. Gabe Newell

Turns out actual farmers play Farming Simulator

Reports of the Japanese gaming market's decline are exaggerated

A popular rumor in gaming nowadays is the decline of the Japanese gaming industry. This seems to be espoused by news outlets, financial reporters, and even Japanese developers themselves. Through various interpretations of th...

It's the long awaited final chapter of the Mario Warfare series. It's been a long wait, but the gang at BeatDownBoogie wrap the saga up in a rather splendid way. While this is the last episode of the series, this won't ...

This Pokemon x Attack on Titan art is so gross, I love it

There's almost a Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark vibe here, but less wispy and terrifying. These come courtesy of Beth "Zsparky" Emery. Charmander and Mr. Mime are my favorites.

A video cassette guide to Shovel Knight

This isn't the first cheesy "How to Win" video My Life in Gaming has put out, but it's perhaps the most fitting given the subject matter and its influences. Ready to become a Shovel Knight master? If you've ever sought guidance from a VHS tape for tips and tricks, you'll love this. It covers the whole game!

Buff Pikachu, emaciated Sonic: WWE x Smash Bros. is terrifying

Wii Fit Trainer fits right in, though, as a human and not some monstrous approximation of such.
