It's all been quiet on the Castle Crashers front of late, but this adorably violent XBLA title has started to make some noise by way of a new blog. The Behemoth's devblog is aiming to update weekly with the freshest Castle Crashers news and build up even more hype for this anticipated title -- hey, it worked for Smash Bros. The latest post offers up something quite astounding -- in addition to the four playable knights that we have seen thus far, Castle Crashers will feature 22 unlockable characters. The devblog has a chart in its latest post which will be updated to show off the new characters over the coming weeks. They really ARE taking a page from Smash Bros. Well, I'm sold, because I'm gullible like that. I was already waiting for this one but now I think I'll become a drone of the system and watch this blog like a hawk. I AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS GAME I HAVE DECIDED! Seriously though, I'm glad this title is coming back up again, I sometimes need reminding that XBLA has some good looking stuff on the horizon, amidst all the things that make Topher want to kill himself. Man this game will be great once my grandchildren sees how much time and effort this game went into making. Too bad they'll be fighting in the Mechanized Renegade Wars of 2110.

You don't have to play SSE to unlock characters...
The was a little racist controversy in the form of a phone call some woman made saying how this game was racist. It died down because noone cared and the games was delayed over a year.
I remember hearing the phone call the black woman made about Castle Crashers. She thought the white knights killing the "brown people" (actually just people wearing brown robes) was racist. It was funny cause she was dumb.

I didn't even know it would have multiple characters, but now that I know it does I'm positive he will be in it. If not I will post a video of myself making out with my dog.

I really wish I was more poorly informed about games. I wish I was an intermediate. Because then I would stumble on this shit after it had already come out rather than sit around for months to years waiting... and waiting. Being hardcore is like a lesson in patience through self torture. At least Mr. Destructiod is always there with his cubic cabeza to lick my wounds... but I digress. Btw do want!
