It's been a little over a year since Resident Evil 5 was first released. Can we get another Resident Evil already? Damn, Capcom… what is the hold up here?!?!
Okay, so maybe that's going a little overboard. We can wait; it can take its time, as long as it turns out great. But in a recent interview with Spanish gaming site 3D Juegos, Capcom's Keiji Inafune hints that the publisher is as eager to get it out as we are to get our hands on it.
"Due to the great success that Resident Evil 5 had for us, we want that Resident Evil 6 come out to the market as fast as possible," he said. "In fact, you will have news about this from Capcom shortly."
Oh, will we now? With Tokyo Game Show right around the corner (and you know how much the Japanese love them some Biohazard), we'll be keeping yourselves up at night with anticipation.

RE5 was a soild game but it didn't seem like the RE that I grew up to love.

There was nothing wrong without being able to run and shoot. You just had to be good at the game and you were fine.

Given what they did with 5, they should just give up the pretense and make it a 4-player coop game where you shoot monsters to win new weapons and titles, just like LP2.
And that's all. I was kinda expecting a confirmation or teaser of a new game u,u
learn to fucking adapt to different styles of gameplay kids.
Style of gameplay should feel balanced. Classic RE felt pretty much balanced - you couldn't move and aim, but you had auto-aim and wasn't rushed by dozens of enemies at the same time.

I'd love to see how the system works when constricted mostly to inside buidings that are of course more tight than outdoor. Kinda like the PS series.
