Capcom offers up discounted game bundles on PSN photo

If you're among the many people who've waited until the price drop or the Slim's release this week to get a PS3, Capcom has you covered when it comes to filling your barren new hard drive. The company has bundled its downloadable PSN titles into two choice collection packs to get you started and save you some cash as well.

The first is the Super Bundle, priced at $49.99, and includes:

  • Super Street Fighter II HD Remix
  • Flock!
  • Age of Booty
  • Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix
  • 1942: Joint Strike
  • Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3
  • Rocketmen: Axis of Evil, with the It Came from Uranus DLC pack included

The second is called the Combo Bundle, and is priced at $29.99 with:

  • Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix
  • 1942: Joint Strike
  • Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3
  • Rocketmen: Axis of Evil, with the It Came from Uranus DLC pack included

Naturally, the bigger one has all the best stuff in it, but either pack is still a good deal. At the very least, you need Super Puzzle Fighter, and that's not a recommendation, it's just scientific fact. Both bundles are available now on the PSN store.

Nice. Bundle Deals! Grats Sony, you understand Digital Distribution. Now if only MS would jump on board.

You gotta love these deals. Too bad I only haven't got Puzzle Fighter.

Sure... give the American's a good deal... On the world stage they definitely get shafted when it comes to prices ;)

I suppose I could set up an account on the US PSN... And that larger pack is a bargain, even if I already have Super Stardust HD

I love puzzle fighter, but I only have a PS3, so I bought it. Not a SINGLE person online playing this game. EVER.

So hopefully more people buy these combo packs.

Wouldn't this be a better bundle?

Age of Booty

My first question is rhetorical by the way.

So, I know how good a deal this is, how much are most of these games on PSN individually?

@Toucan It sure is, but Capcom is in the money-making business and I'm sure they're just trying to unload the low-selling games with their new profitable bundle.

Plus they're probably planning a SSF2T:HDR+MvC2:NAoH:HDRM(Wow Capcom, seriously?) for a couple dollars less. I predict it's called the Fighter Combo or something.

Considering I haven't downloaded any of these, but I've been mildly interested in several, this is a pretty sweet deal.
