With their current DLC schemes I'd expect them to have a cover charge to enter the store to purchase things.

Unless Capcom have been screaming poverty as the reason for not bring them over (which I haven't seen), most businesses make decisions on what they expect to recoup of their initial outlay.
They've got the numbers on Ace Attorney so they have a better idea than us.

Figures they do this long after I left the place. Anyone who's been to TGS would know that this has been long overdue. Missing all the booth stuff to stand in line literally all-day to get Capcom merch is ridiculous.
The Merch on their online store is already expensive, I can't imagine what it'll be like on the brick and mortar level of retail
