Capcom dates Super Street Fighter IV, Lost Planet 2 photo

Pulling the cover off its spring line-up, Capcom has finally dated two of its biggest upcoming titles -- Lost Planet 2 and Super Street Fighter IV. Clear May 18 for Lost Planet 2, and April 27 for Super Street Fighter IV in North America.

Capcom has also reiterated the vague April release date for Monster Hunter Tri, and the general "Spring" release for the PlayStation Network/Xbox LIVE Arcade title Final Fight: Double Impact

In case you're wondering, this was part of the big Capcom/Microsoft announcement slated for today. The "big" news was for Japan, however -- Monster Hunter Frontier Online was announced for the Xbox 360. Capcom says it will hit Japanese store shelves this summer.

Monster Hunter Frontier for 360? Is this the only way we might ever see it released over seas?

I thought SSFIV will be coming out this March. I'll wait for it till April while playing original SFIV then :(

@shinigamiDude

they delayed it awhile ago, probably to avoid competing with all the other stuff that's coming out in March. EVERYTHING comes out next March.

Best part about MHF Online is that, you have to pay an additional fee over the regular gold membership fee to play it I heard.

SSFIV taking too long to come out though =(

Two new trailers were released too, one being an anime trailer from studio GONZO and the other being, well, nothing we haven't really seen thus far.

Super4's release date give people going to Evolution a good 3 months to practice. Good enough for me.

LP2 had a pretty cool demo, glad to see it finally has a release date.

Well, I really hoped that this time around capcom could say something about SSF IV and Lost Planet 2 for Windows. My mistake, again.
