Capcom Classics Collection: Remixed hitting PSN soon photo

Rejoice, retro nerds: PlayStation Portable title Capcom Classics Collection: Remixed will be available for download tomorrow via PlayStation Network.

For those of you out of the loop, Capcom Classics Collection: Remixed is a collection of Capcom classics that have been remixed. Some of these games within the game are the universally lauded arcade title Black Tiger, the inspiring breakout arcade game Block Block, and brilliant Genesis release Mega Twins.

The full listing of the games is available below the fold. It might be in your best interest to check that out -- games like Final Fight and Street Fighter are apparently included among the aforementioned stuff.

On a slightly unrelated note, the friendly post about CCC:R on PlayStation.blog reminds us that Capcom is going yard on PSN. Games like Dino Crisis, Power Stone Collection, Resident Evil 2 and Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max will all hit the PlayStation Store within the next few months. Awesome!

[Update: Sorry about that. Here's the list, via Capcom-Unity.]

  • 1941: Counter Attack
  • Avengers
  • Bionic Commando
  • Black Tiger
  • Block Block
  • Captain Commando
  • Final Fight
  • Forgotten Worlds
  • Last Duel
  • Legendary Wings
  • Magic Sword
  • Mega Twins
  • Quiz and Dragons
  • Section Z
  • Side Arms: Hyper Dyne
  • The Speed Rumbler
  • Street Fighter
  • Strider
  • Three Wonders
  • Varth

Yaaaaaaaaay. I've already got the PS2 Capcom collections, but if these are remixed (and of course portable) they may earn a purchase.

Hold on. Street Fighter? As in the original, not the sequels with the Turbo Remix Plus And Other Unneccesary Words Add-Ons Here? This is very interesting, but very bad since I'm pretty sure that it's going to be horribly dated that no one will touch it.

But that's balanced by Final Fight being up there with its coolness. It's so cool, Capcom could release this collection, with Final Fight being the only game in that collection, and it would still be the greatest collection ever released.

Nice lineup. Even has Chiki Chiki Boys (I refuse to call it Mega Twins because I grew up with the genesis copy which was the original japanese title)

@The Pat Man:

I have to agree. I was checking out Mega Twins (aka. Chiki Chiki Boys) and imagine my chagrin when I found out that the so called "Mega Twins" has absolutely NOTHING to do with a voluptuous pair of love muffins. Such false advertising.

Arcade Strider, I must have.
Captain Commando is good, better than Final Fight. Why no Aliens vs. Predator capcom, why?
