We're only a few hours away from the first trailer for the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops, but we've already got some new information, thanks to a Games.co.uk product listing.
According to a description on a product page, the upcoming game will find players fighting battles in various areas of the world, including Cuba, Vietnam, and the Arctic.
"Now you will witness the birth of the Elite Special Forces and take part in off-the-record missions using unconventional weaponry to get the job done," the site's description continued.
It's since been pulled, but was quickly snapped up by MTV Multiplayer before it was yanked. I'd imagine we'll be hearing more information in the coming weeks leading up to and into E3, so stay tuned.

I fucking called it.
On top of it COD4 is still the best story and best of the Call of Duty games.
Now Call of Duty: Black Ops seems promising.
I'd like to be part of the birth of our USA elite special forces units such as Green Berets, Navy Seals, SOG which later on becomes known as Delta Force so on.
I'm tired of playing joint ops special forces or only British SAS types.
I want to be as a person from my own country for christ sake.
I will say this much the best thing about Call of Duty World at War?
Zombies and the ability to play 4 player co-op story not this bullshit two player co-op crap. Plus the vehicles such as the Tank always raped with that online just like I do in any vehicle I get into such as Halo games etc..
Because A: Oh it's not made from those fuckers who made Modern Warfare 1 or 2 or because B: they are Halo fanboys.
I like both Halo and COD up untill Modern Warfare 2 online play.
But this new Cod is most likely going to be my all time favorite and last one I do buy.
To be honest when fanboys from both sides of the fence start fighting I just say both games are garbage which to be honest Halo and COD are both garbage but fun garbage when played with friends and only with friends without it sucks the in the fun department.
Anyway, I actually find this rather intriguing and would love to see how it plays.

Also... Sledge, Special Forces refers the Army Special Forces and ONLY the Army Special Forces. You're thinking of Special Operations in general. Seems minor, but it's not. Special Forces guys will get seriously pissed if you call another unit by their name.

On topic, in all honesty Treyarch did an arguably phenomenal job w/WAW.
Yes the theme of WW2 is played out and saturated, but gameplay and mechanics
were on point, IMO. Definteley didnt have the issues MW2 does. I think this
game will be quality at the least. Render me excited.
