In what could possibly be considered a Captain Obvious story, Activision will be presenting a range of Call of Duty: Black Ops editions to suit your own personal level of obsession and income. As well as a regular, bare-bones version, Black Ops will also come in Hardened and Prestige flavors.
The contents are not yet known, but the Hardened Edition will costs $79.99 while the Prestige version will set you back an almighty $149.99. Black Ops will actually cost the same as Xbox Kinect, depending on which type you plum for.
What do you think will be in the Black Ops Prestige Edition? It's going to be difficult to top the ridiculous opulence of Modern Warfare 2's night vision goggles, that much is certain.

I'm actually going to avoid Black Ops, i don't care how many of my casual gamer friends buy it.
I mean, this is just arrogant of them.
Well that's because all the 13 year old kids get their moms to buy it for them. The multiplayer of mw2 is absolutely atrocious.
This is not to say MW2 is bad, but sometimes I could swear I'm seeing a glorified version of CS...
That said, I'm thinking the Prestige Edition will feature a gun replica or something like that...

Universal truth is not measured by mass appeal.
Personally MAG is the best shooter on the market FOR ME. No doing laps of tiny maps shooting people in the back (using ridiculous auto-aim) with a shotgun in each hand bullshit can hold a candle to a massive team based war game.
But that's just my personal opinion.
I'll stick with Reach for my FPS needs I think. To each his own.
R.I.P. Infinity Ward. Also also, The multi player in MW2 is so broken it's not even funny. Single player was awesome though.

It's because this info was leaked on buy.com regarding only the pricing. Activision has no comment at this time and has made no official announcement.
