If you prefer to shoot foreign people in a lower resolution than usual, Activision has sorted it all out for you. Call of Duty: Black Ops will be coming to the Wii, ensuring that those lacking a 360 or PS3 can still get in on all the murderous fun. As if there was any doubt that this game would end up everywhere.
"Black Ops will be available on all four platforms, PS3, X360, PC and Wii, on 9th November," states the evil publisher.
Although Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 lacked a Wii version, Treyarch's CoD games usually find their way to the plucky white waggle box. World at War enjoyed a stint on the Wii, so it shouldn't be too surprising that Black Ops is headed there too. In fact, I'm sure we can expect to see appropriately labeled Black Ops games hitting the DS and iPhone as well.

Oh Black Ops, never mind.
Probably not outsell, but I'm sure it will hold its own considering COD3, COD:WAW, and COD4RE all sold over a million units on the Wii already. So I'm sure this one will fallow suit as well.

i mean its not that hard unless you have the motor abilities of a really stupid rock
i always hate when these pc and wii gamers start with all the "oh no so hard" bullshit, specially wii owners, they actually settle for stuff like MOH heroes and the conduit just becuz so far those are the only multiplayer shooters that have managed to do wii controls right, instead of playing real quality shooters like bad company 2, MW2, killzone 2 and halo 3
and what makes you think wii controls are better for FPS? they are apparently harder to program, shooting stuff on screen is more or less easy but circle strafing is a nightmare, not to mention the wiimote has too few buttoms to make some shooters nowadays work properly
all thats without mentioning the lower resolution and less processing power
so whats the trade off exactly, your giving away so much, what do you get in exchange

case and point, all of Treyarch games are considered fillers between each Infinty ward instalment of the franchise

I really don't know what you're talking about. I have played through games like Halo 3, Resident Evil 5, and COD6 on 360, just as I have Metroid Prime 3, Resident Evil 4, and COD4 on wii- a fair comparison for all 3 in each list respectively. And I find that time and again I would much rather play the Wii games than the 360 ones (unless a friend is over- RE4 has no co-op). The controls are better, no doubt.

So you're saying that because YOU don't think the controls of any shooters on the Wii are good besides Metroid, that NO ONE ELSE is allowed to think they're good? Rock-solid logic there.
While I'm quite used to dual-stick controls, if done correctly, using the Wii remote for aiming is about a thousand times more accurate for me. And last time I checked, that doesn't make me wrong about anything.
And yeah, I'd rather play this game with Wii remote/PS Move than with dual analog. Aiming feels more natural, and more importantly, fun, with IR pointing.
