Calibur11 reveal Gears of War vault for Xbox360

10:00 AM on 07.01.2011 // Hollie Bennett

Following E3 the majority of you would have gathered that I am quite the Gears fangirl, but despite my love for the franchise I cannot justify getting rid of my new Xbox 360 Slim just for the newly skinned Gears of War version due to be released alongside the upcoming game's launch. However, Calibur11 may have solved that little problem as they have announced a partnership with Epic Games to release an all new Gears of War vault for the Xbox 360 Slim.

The hard plastic case won't be cheap with its suggested retail price of £74.99, but Calibur11 have gone out of the way to make the vault as ridiculously epic as possible. Not only does the vault come complete with a controller cradle but the infected omen logo will actually glow red when the player is downed -- insert joke about how mine will always be bright red. The vault will go on sale in September and is already available for pre-order from the Calibur11 website.
