Buy two Wii games, get one free at Target photo

For the week of November 1, you'll be able to buy two Wii games priced at $49.99 and get the third one for free at Target. All Wii games are part of this offer and you only have one week to take advantage of the deal.

Target is also offering a $20 GiftCard to anyone that picks up the Band Hero bundle for either the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 or Wii. The bundle goes for $199 and includes the game, microphone, guitar and drums.

Why anyone would buy Band Hero is not known as of this posting.

There is a similar deal on Best Buy's website, except that the deal is good for all of the consoles, and there is a list of games you can choose from (although the lists are pretty hefty.) I'm not sure when it ends. Link

You're kidding, right? I don't do lists, but anyone with a computer could look up and find lists of tons of Wii games worth buying. Unless you already own every single worthwhile Wii game, in which case you must be rich. If this is so, can I have some free money?

lol I'm well off but still frugal. I could probably buy Muramasa and Madworld, but I can't think of another game. Honestly though, neither of those games look worth the money really.

I got smash bros., twilight princess, metroid: corruption, super mario galaxy(unopened), and trauma center...there's probably some good games worth buying but I have other platforms with much better options.

This would have been useful if New Super Mario Bros. Wii was coming out next week. Right now I can't think of two Wii games that I would want to buy, let alone 3.

A Boy and his Blob, Deadly Creatures, and De Blob could make decent third games.

Fans of buying "casualware" for their children could have a field day though.

Not one Little King's Story mention in here? For shame.

Also, HOTD: Overkill, Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo, Klonoa, Rabbids Go Home (might want to wait for reviews, though) and Punch-Out.

is that kid the brother/son of Jim Sterling? I'm not saying because he's fat, i'm saying it because he looks like him.

For the record, Best Buy has a simailar 'Buy 2, get 1 free' deal for 360 games. The sales person mentioned it on my Borderlands purchase on Friday.

I resisted, as I don't like to walk away with 2 new games for full retail, then debate who wins primary play. That, and I'm kinda a cheap ass.
