So, the Left 4 Dead “Survival Pack” is available and free on PC and Xbox LIVE Marketplace, but you really want to give Valve some coin. Here’s your chance. We’re told that the L4D Store has been updated with new merchandise -- namely that Horde t-shirt, Zombie Skull hoodie, Ceda mug, and “Last Stand” movie poster plastered on the front page.
And really, what better way can you possibly show Valve your undying love for L4D? You’re dishing out dough and bearing your fandom for all to see. Just don’t write to us if you get stuffed in a trashcan or locker, loser.

Valve did, very precisely and deliberately, scale the difficulty.

If the shipping cost was around $15 I would own almost everything the Valve store had to offer. But $30 for shipping something to Canada that I could conceivably drive 20 minutes across the boarder and get right from the shipping center is out of control.

Last Stand looks like it might be a new campaign. Hopefully it's not just for the single Survival mode mission.
