How about adding the code for remote play while they're at it. Apparently it's up to the developers, so it's a golden opportunity. MGS4 is also a great title to pioneer the feature.

I'm not sure they should allow for a full install. Given the size of the game, it's likely Snake would die of lung cancer before the install was completed.

Having just blasted through MGS2 and 3 on my Vita, I'm reacquiring my copy of MGS4 from my pal cause I need to play that again.

Thank god. I'm hankering for a replay of the whole series (finished MGS1 recently) and I was dreading having to watch Old Snake smoke for ten hours.
Isn't each act 4-6GBs large? So ~25GB install?
@Alan - I'm sure it's just the Act installs that you have to wait through anyway as you play the game. The game makes you sit for those 10-15 minute installs no matter what, so I'd rather have them all installed in one go and never again than have to sit through an install between every single act.

I'm pretty sure after the initial install of each chapter they will become shorter. Like 2-3 minutes instead of 10-12 the first time. I don't mind, I love the install screen. Anyway, yeah. This is great.

This patch is perfect. I just finished getting the platinum trophy in MGS 2 and 3 HD and was gonna play through MGS 4 again for the story to get ready for MGS 5. I was hoping for this.
I like this part of the patch. I loved the install screens, but they got old after a while. Maybe this will also fix the sporadic framerates?

The budget edition makes perfect sense from a business perspetive,
Alot of folks only buy games new, a new sku can catch the "look through the shelves for a game to buy" shopper. Plus (and this is the main reasoning IMO) a new copy = Konami getting the sale vs gamestop and the like.

Please Kojima, update MGS4 with more than just trophies and a full install option. Vita Remote Play/Cross Play? Streamlined cutscenes? Gameplay changes and fixes? Anything?
