I originally read the headline as "Mega Man Legends 1 & 2" and got REALLY excited, but then I reread it and I was :(

I've had a UMD copy of Maverick Hunter X for quite some time, and I really didn't like Mega Man Powered Up (too chibi for my tastes). Gonna pass on this.

Put MM Command Mission X on the PSN. I loved that game, Screw XBLA, they don't know what good games are about anyways.

Hell that's what every single Anti-Capcom person sounds like: a lyric from a Public Enemy song.

Maybe this is Capcoms way of reminding people that might no necessarily have played every Megaman game that the Blue Bomber has plenty of games out for you to try. It's a bummer that they canceled Universe and Legends 3 but I haven't played anywhere near half of the series. Giving me the chance to get them at a decent price is alright by me. I love an excuse to shirk my consoles and PC. Bring on the PSP Dual pack.

Dude, I've been buying every Capcom game I can get my hands on for TWENTY-FOUR years. This includes picking up systems for their games, importing titles with pieces of hardware that the US doesn't sell for their system (Saturn!), I've bought the same game multiple times for different systems. I've purchased apparel, coffee mugs, posters, toys, artbooks, you name it.

All of this is thanks to a little blue robot boy, way back in 1987. The only tattoo I sport is an 8-bit MM 1up head. It means more to me than a simple icon, it's a philosophy behind life (and I'd love to explain it to you sometime).

Not all Megaman fans are whiny babies. Some of us are Capcom's oldest and most loyal supporters, and being ignored and then taken for a ride twice within half a year stings. Add this to the equation, and yeah, it's fucking bullshit.

So, seeing as how they're not listening to anything or anyone else that makes sense, not buying any more of their products would be a really great place to start. I mean, they're re-releasing two good games as a double pack on a system that didn't achieve that much popularity and whose format isn't supported by both its current failed model and its upcoming new model, and then they'll tout how they put it out to gain a level of interest and it didn't seem to do much, therefore proving them "right" by way of them not trying in the fucking first place.

It's like buying a girl flowers to say you're sorry after having a threeway with her sister and her best friend. She's going to accept the offer of apology if she's a superwhore. Are you a superwhore for Capcom?

But I already got Maverick Hunter X during a recent 50% sale on the PSN. Sadly, Powered Up isn't available on the North American Store.

I've formed a dumb theory around this that says they're going to restart MML3 for the Vita and this game package is the unsaid, unmarked, "pay to show your support" option to let Capcom know we really love Mega Man. However misguided that all feels from both myself for thinking it and for Capcom to make me think it at all.

I can't seem to find copies of either games, new or used. And although I like having separate copies instead of bundles, I'll buy this new to show my support.

But if Capcom only supports Mega Man by doing re-releases and the like, I'm going to think this all a bit fishy.

If these were on one disc, I'd be all over it. As it is, I already have them both.

To those who are trying to decide whether or not to get these games -- They're fantastic if you love classic sidescrollers. Best games I have on the PSP, easily.
