The first video game system I ever owned was an NES and my first game was Bubble Bobble. I love that game to death and I will get this the moment it comes out.

Bubble Bobble comes to WiiWare in Japan
Good news, North America: for a change it looks highly likely that something very cool that came out in Japan will come our way too. Japanese Wii owners can download Bubble Bobble Wii as of February 10th, which comes with the original maps plus 100 for arrange mode. You can also play with up to four people, which is not too shabby for the $10 you spend on the game. Tatio will also offer two expert map packs, each for $2, that include 50 stages and a boss to fight. Siliconera thinks we will see this game in America under the name Bubble Bobble Plus (there's already a listing for it on the USK). I hope so, because I'd love to have an excuse to play this game for hours at a time again! Did you know? You can now get daily or weekly email notifications when humans reply to your comments.
