After a long time in limbo, we learned last week that Electronic Arts had swept in to rescue Double Fine's Brutal Legend and will producing the latest twisted action game from Tim Schafer's pulsating brain.
This new trailer is titled "Kinda Sexy Though," and to be honest, it really is kinda sexy. This is the kind of crazy action game I love, and I really can't wait to get hold of it. Between this, MadWorld and Bayonetta, action fans have a lot of batsh*t insanity to look forward to in 2009.
This game promises to be one of my favorites.

bottom line is that right now Jack Black is an A List celeb, and taking this seriously. future games will only benefit if this works out.

Screw the haters. JB is perfect for this. Plus Psychonauts was really well written. This will be no different.
interesting that they put JB's name front and center, making it feel like a Dreamworks Animation movie. hopefully, this will get more people to check it out. i don't want this to be the last Double Fiiiiinnnne game. (they've done platformer and Brutal Legend looks more action-ey. let's see them tackle an RPG next. playing Persona 4 makes me wonder how Psychonauts with it's psychic powers would have worked as an JRPG)
