Unlike those pansies at EA with Madden NFL 11, THQ isn't offering a vote on who should be its cover athlete for UFC Undisputed 2010. THQ set its jaw on "firm," and has revealed that UFC champ and now returning octagon veteran Brock Lesnar is to grace the cover of the game for its May 25th release.
Like most MMA guys, Brock Lesnar is a big dude that probably has issues cleaning his own back because of his bulging chest and biceps. Of course, we wouldn't ask the dude how he hurdles this issue. We like our noses and eye sockets just the way they are: unbroken, cute, and pronounced.

What a goddamn tool. I fucking hate Lesnar.
If UFC Undisputed 2010 is even a marginal improvement over the last installment, it should be a real treat. I hope they put a little effort into leveling out the obvious advantage that wrestlers hold over the other fighting styles and hopefully do more to punish last-second disconnections.
Also, Lesnar on the cover is a transparent marketing ploy. Based on record, appeal, and true talent, UFC 2010 may be better represented by BJ Penn, Georges St. Pierre, Anderson Silva, or even Lyoto Machida.

I kinda liked the idea of a judo guy in a gi going against some wrestler, then taking on a big fat guy, or some other crazy dude. Much more of a Street Fighter vibe. Now it seems like everyone has the same basic set of techniques, which isn't quite as exciting for me personally.
