The minis is a bit of a misnomer since some of them are as large as full games. It's really a scheme for indie development. And it's not like large developers don't make small games either.
Depends how it turns out though -I'll be getting it :D

Braiiiiiiins: Zombie Tycoon hits PSN on October 29
Sick of zombies? Good for you. I'm not. If you're with me, carry on reading the rest of this story and watching the trailer for Zombie Tycoon after the jump. Developed by the small Canada-based Frima Studio as a PSP Mini title, Zombie Tycoon takes the gameplay of games like Rollercoaster Tycoon, Railroad Tycoon, Lemonade Tycoon and throws all of the amusement rides, trains, and lemons right out the window. Instead, player will control and plan the undead's attack on the human race. Zombie Tycoon is scheduled to hit PlayStation Network this Thursday, October 29, just in time for Halloween. Did you know? You can now get daily or weekly email notifications when humans reply to your comments.
