It's not all of the time that box art is cause for a front page post. But there are a few things at play here with this F.E.A.R. 3 box art.
For one, it seems there's not that much going on today in terms of gaming news and culture. We post upwards of 60 stories a day here, so trust me when I say that this is a difficult cycle to keep up with. But more importantly, it cements the fact that Warner Bros. and developer Day 1 Studios are serious about this "3" as an "E" business. Yes, they're going with F.3.A.R. here.
I'm not buying into it. Watch me be defiant: F.E.A.R. 3 is out this fall for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.

THIS, being the 30th post about this issue, is how you can tell gamers are just going above and beyond the call of duty to find things to bitch about.
TDR wipeout artwork has been my favorite right through the 90's and into today :) that futurist, sudo japanese style really does it for me.
Although, in commenters defense. Last time this F3AR debate was brought up on destructoid somebody did mention that they didnt like it because it was too 90's. What TDR did with Wipeout was a very 90's statement. Wip3out was only in 2000 and even WipeoutHD feels very 90's [which i love!]. So, it was 10years ago when TDR were doing this kind of thing. Its more than fair to be well over it.
