Boobs: Atlus announces Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier photo

Today is a day for boobs. Breasts. It's a recurring theme. It came up at breakfast. I had a discussion with a guy at the book store about magazine covers later. A catalog I got in the mail today sells the stuff that goes over them. And that video I was watching earlier...

And now Atlus announces that they've secured the rights for Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier, a nifty, bust-filled DS RPG that's overflowing handfuls of fun. Though it was just announced, Atlus was kind enough to send us a copy to check out earlier, and I've been enjoying it greatly this past week or so.

And yeah, this spin-off of the SRT:OG tactical RPG series is about space and robots and androids and crossover characters and other stuff, but they're not shy about the curvy girls within.  If there was ever a Dale North type of game (kind of like an ESRB rating), then Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier would surely carry that logo. And like some of the other games that carry my imaginary seal, this comes from Monolith (and Banpresto).

Our preview and review are coming soon, but here's the lowdown for now:

  • great dialogue
  • fun button-slamming battle system
  • horny cowboys
  • boobs
I'm a simple man.

Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier is scheduled for release on April 28th, 2009 with an MSRP of $34.99. The Atlus Spoils program continues with game, which brings it a premium box and a soundtrack CD.

I was wondering when you were going to post this Dale, I got the Atlus email 52 minutes ago telling me this... for shame Dale, for shame. I want Atlus updates up to the nanosecond from now on.

grafkhun - gomen nasai! I've usually got the heads up with the press releases.

The irony: I was actually PLAYING this very game, which made me miss it in my inbox.

Atlus is one of the only companies that can get me to shell out cash for a game. Adding nifty little things like artbooks and plushies is a lot better than DRM >_>

While we're on the I WISH ATLUS WOULD train of thought, I wish Atlus would port Super Robot Taisen OGS. It's the amazingly amazing PS2 port of both Super Robot Taisen OG games, with several new robots and an additional storyline.

Besides, it's not like anyone played the GBA releases, so it'll be like a totally new game to most people.

Nobody tell NOA. Just buy this game and use it as proof that first party RPG's will sell.

Here here on those ports of older ones like the PS2. Been awhile since I've picked up a SRT game. Looking forward to it.

My god. If Square sold the PS2 for RPG fans, than Atlus is selling the DS for those same fans. I have to admit that this one caught me off guard with how fun it looks. From here on out, I'll keep my eyes open for it.

No, it's ok Atlus, I'm sure my wife will LOVE the fact that I'm buying, like, 5 DS games within the next 2 months; you just keep on with your crazy schedule of awesome games.

I'm not even a huge RPG guy, but the stuff Atlus is putting out within the next few months just has me too interested for me to NOT buy the games.

...damnit. Now this is gonna be above my radar and I'm gonna have to by it...

"Shall I pull her dress down, sir?"
"That would most likely elicit a response."

...That is what sold it to me.

Can I just get on a subscription with Atlus, or something? They could just automatically bill me every time they release something new.
