I love BloodRayne. The games were never the highest quality, and existed purely to satisfy the very niche "vampire girl murdering Nazis" fetish market, but it had a kind of transcendent awesomeness. News of a 3DS return for the crimson-haired fascist-drinker was awesome, but the game's been delayed.
Yep, that's definitely what the 3DS needs right now.
Majesco has announced, by way of a quiet Facebook update, that BloodRayne: The Shroud has been put "on hold." No reason has been given for the postponement, although it's reasonable to assume that it's due to the announcement of an XBLA/PSN sidescroller, BloodRayne: Betrayal.
At least we have that to look forward to. And I look forward to it hard (not in that way ... well ... a bit).

This is practically what 3D technology was made for, based on proven scientific studies. And penises.
More console games isn't really something that concerns me. I have consoles. The 3DS will primarily be used for Nintendo games anyways, and they aren't going to stop supporting their flagship device.
Agreed. More console games isn't a problem. My point was that if 3ds games continue to be delayed or cancelled due to development on the consoles then how many 3rd party games will we see on the 3ds.
