I liked the blonde one strictly because of the hair style, but I can't wait to see how horrendous it looks in the actual game.

I defy anyone to make their in-game Femshep look anywhere near as good as any of these candidates. The character creator draws you ineluctably toward the fugly.
The first one is fugly, Jim. I voted for blondie; she's the hottest of the bunch. The first 3 all look too much alike.
Anyone else think an open vote for the FemShep design kinda misses the point? This way, her look will be decided by that majority of players who only play default male soldier anyway. Of course it's going to the blonde supermodel.

I do not like that the conventional look is winning. Though I'm for number 6 (the one far behind everyone else), I'd have preferred anyone else to the blonde.

I'd much rather have my red-haired default(-ish) Shepard, but since none of the options even remotely resemble that I'm glad the blonde is winning. It's not what I want, but it's better than the others.

I don't think being white or blonde is better than any other colouring at all and I think because of racism, people seem to think it's ok to insult or disregard those with that look, isnt that racism? How unfair is that!

1 and 5 are my favs. 1 is just more of a realistic soldier hairstyle while still looking like she cares about her appearance.

It turns out that currently in our day and age, the gene that expresses the inclination to be a redhead is dying out, and apparently only has a generation or two before fully exhausting its lineage.

Why you hating? She looks like she'd fit the role best. All of the military women I know have --GASP-- shoulder-length hair! And most of them are BLONDE! ACK!

Voted for Shepard #5 because she's the one that pleased my eyes the most. She doesn't have to be unique to be the main character, the original male Shepard isn't exactly was you'd call original and he's great.

Honestly they all look pretty lame, it's not like it matters since I'll be using a custom made femshepard.
