If you do get a PS3 then definitely get Uncharted...that game looks awesome.
As for games, I guess Uncharted and Ratchet and Clank, go with Resistance if you have extra cash.
I don't have a PS3 nor do I plan to get one, so that's an outsiders opinion.
If your into casule games get the Wii but you should already know that and really only do it if you have the money to spare.
See I dont really want to upgrade the HDD, but I suppose I should since most (i believe most) games have an option of preloading the game to the hard drive right?
And I know this is pointless but Clockwork could you try like I don't know, not being completely useless in reference to my question? And I dont know, post something helpful?
I have seen your other blogs, that has nothing to do with this blog. The blog title WAS self explanatory but the C-Blogs aren't for one sentence. I hate to pull a Heretic but if you want one sentence with no other text or images then take it to the forums. And I NEVER say that. Just go check the internet, Game Rankings, or a million other sites that discuss the PS3 and have game reviews. All of the info you're looking for is readily available all over the place and you want us to do the work for you.
And yes, WiiSucks does own.
Rachet and Clank looks awesome. That's the only PS3 game I'm really interested in.
1) If you have a significant collection of PS2 games that you still play, try to find the 60 GB model on eBay or something; it. Of course, if PS2 backward compatibility isn’t an issue, just get the 40 GB edition.
2) If you have an HDTV, you’re going to need better cables than what comes in the box (composite video). Ideally, your TV would have an HDMI input — but don’t be sucked in by store employees and the ridiculous markup on the cables they sell; you can get a six-foot HDMI cable for around $5 on Amazon.com, including shipping. Otherwise, you’ll have to go with PS3 component cables; Sony’s official (10-foot, I think) cables retail for $15–20.
3) You’re probably already aware of this, but if you’re buying the PS3 new, you get five free Blu-ray movies with it. Of course, you’re restricted to a short list of choices, but hey, that’s still $150 worth of movies that you’re not paying for, and you’re bound to find at least a few that you like on the list.

Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune
Like kintaeb, I’d advise picking up Uncharted and R&C. Warhawk is a lot of fun as well, especially with Dtoiders on [url=http://www.destructoid.com/blogs/shipero/wednesday-night-warcawks-12-after-christmas-blowout-61432.phtmlWednesday Night Warcawks[/i], but beware — the game is multiplayer-only. I never got around to beating Resistance — I was on the last level of the game when I stopped playing, because God of War II came out — but I did enjoy it.

Dude, unless you have a massive hard on for Sony and you have PS2 games out the wazoo to play, I'd ge ta 360. Better investment of money right now. Maybe 3-4 years from now the PS3 will turn their shit around and start cranking out a ton of titles, but right now, it's not as much as it could be.

Yeah, this definitely belongs in the forums...but otherwise, you’d think that xaelus could actually get some good advice from people other than liam2015, smellyelite, HipHop Junkie, and me. If he’s asking about a PS3, why are like half of the people who commented on this blog discussing the merits of the 360 as opposed to the PS3? We know you love your console, but keep it to yourself — especially considering the dude already has one.
The problem is that so few people here own a PS3 that he can't get a lot of responses. That should be a testament in itself...
