Hiya guys, I posted on a blog before but this is my first real blog. Been reading destructoid for quite a while now and finally decided to setup my account. So nice to meet you all.

Anyway onto what I wanted to know. I was thinking of buying the following components to build a new computer rig (I have a case that's fine), so I could play new games. For instance my current comp runs Lord of the Rings Online at like Medium, I want to run at max. BF2142 also. In particular I wanted to beef up my computer for Aion :D

Anyway suggestions would on the components would be nice. I was looking to spend 500ish and I went a bit over but ah well.

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 250g
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-M57SLI-S4 AM2
Video Card: EVGA 256mb Nvidia 8600GT
Power Supply: Seasonic
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200 Dual Core 2.6ghz
Memory: 2 Gig Gskill DDR2 800MHZ (Buying 2 sticks of it)



Plan on picking up another 8600 GT for SLI in a little bit.


Thoughts? Think I'll be able to run new games good?
