im from sunny old england in the south east. i am brother of bunnyrabbit2 and like him i very much enjoy gaming. i love all kinds of things, from food, to TV and freerunning. I'd say i prefer action films to anyother and FPS over other genres.

looking at my gamer score and realising i have lost about 1105 gamer points means microsoft can go and suck my dick.
it pisses me off more because although owning and completing assassins creed, apprently even though I have the saves I have never played the game before. This means that i have none of the achievments i slaved over. I checked ingame to see whether i can just do them again and i cant now. so microsoft are going to get an angry email from me explain this and how i want some form of compensation or my gamer points and achievments back. over everything microsoft has done i have taken it, but now they can go blow themselves.

looking at my list, i think ive lost a lot of points accross the board.

i need a way to fix this, and by god I'll find it and report back

Um, there rolling the servers back...which also means it's temporary.

But ya Weedgan is right. Most likely once they've fixed their shit you'll get an achivement avalanch. Or you could try starting a new game on assasins creed, saveing it, and see if that works.

When that happened to me, I ended up having to get another achievement, and it unlocked the rest of them.

and i have achievments as far back as when they didn't have dates on your achivements yet.

I know it sucks, but do you think MS honestley cares? And if you stopped buying thier stuff do you think they would care?

The day when MS can't sell a OS anymore is the day the company will be done...and thats only if they don't get the cloneing machine made first.

nah i like to have all the achievments and stuff to really complete the game, every bit of it. gamerscore is just a tagalong to it. so i was kind of pissed.

Gamerscore extends the life of MANY excellent AND mediocre games for me, thus prolonging my enjoyment of some of these games. If I can get some sort of tangible reward for it, then I'm happy.

Being a dick because you don't care about your gamerscore doesn't make YOUR epeen any better than mine.

Well if you are wobblefunk on live as well I just compared you xbox.com and it says you have 29 achievements on it for 750 Gamer score.

yeah i checked it a few mins ago and apparently its back, which means after a period of putting the game back in it adds the score back. ill try this with some of my other games and see of this is the case then

I'm sorry, but any game that needs its life extended by gamerscore isn't a game worth playing period. If we've gotten to the point as gamers where the game itself isn't compelling enough on its own, that's a bad sign.
